Transparent Start Menu

I just want to make the white background in the main start menu and program files list menu transparent. I don't want to install any themes, just make the white background the same color glass as the system.

Help?

Yes, I saw and tried that too, but it isn't what I'm looking for. It makes everything including text transparent, instead of just making the white background glass.
