Trap 00001DB6 Exception

Whenever I try to start up my laptop it says "Trap 00001DB6 Exception" and will not go any further. I have tried to boot it into safe mode and it will not enter it. I have tried using a windows 7 repair disk, but it gets stuck at "searching for boot problems for hours". Any suggestions?

Can you fill in your system Specs, please. We cant help you if we don't know what were dealing with.

I tried the Bootrec tool and it said that all of the commands weren't found and I can't get far enough into my computer to download Speccy

That's the result when running via the bootable install or repair DVD?

Can you upload a screenshot of the result so we can see (using a digital camera)?
