Solved Trouble Applying Third Party Theme

Hey guys,
I'm having trouble trying to apply this theme from DaviantArt.
Here: .: Visual Style: Macnificent :. by ymme1st on deviantART

I've tried using Uxstyle core Patcher and installed it successfully, then reboot.
However after moving the theme files to Windows/Resources/Themes , and double clicking the theme file. Nothing changes except the Personalized menu settings appearing.

I've also tried using the universal patcher Here: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/28377-theme-how-apply-custom-themes.html

and followed the instructions however no luck and same result.

Actually, problem solved!
You need to put the .theme file outside of the Macnificent folder (or them main folder of the theme you extracted with) and put to where all the other .theme files are just in the Resources/Themes directory.
