Trouble converting webvideo - video web capture - file=http_404_webOC

Hello all - i was looking to convert a web video to mp4 flv ANYTHING but what video web capture got off of the website. the file to be converted as it captured it came up as http_404_webOC. windows 7 said nothing about how to convert it in thier auto help menu. really need to own this so i can do a little forensic work with it. but im very noob. please any advice would be greatly appreciated.:o:o:o the video is Rare New Footage of 9-11 WTC Attack | Military.com

oh well this video in particular has many ways to share it and even link it to other web sites built into the player they are using. compared to most videos its really pushing its self to spread all over the internet. they even say that they want it shared. i would say go see for your selves but it is very disturbing. thank you for the advice.
