hello everybody

i have a trouble with the guide tv

i have a snapshot into attachment to show the bug

in summary, the problem is that the title per channel is always same, no change

example for the number 3 channels, the title is always anytime "tom sawyer" and normally the system must display "looney toons show"

i see the detail of "tom sawyer" you can see :

duration : 71 hours and 53 minutes and thus it's not possible for a serie film

very strange this probleme and i find anything solution to delete the title

Everybody have an idea to solve ? where windows media center find this information ? in file mxf ? in file db ?

i try already : delete file xx.db
redownload last content of guide (file mxf)
in feature disable windows media center and after re enable windows media center

thanks for your help

Hi Kermite, welcome to the Seven Forums.

This is an error in EPG (Electronic Program Guide) information and usually there's nothing a user can do. For some reason the program information has wrong duration for this one show. As your screenshots reveal, the program schedule shows correct duration, show Tom Sawyer being quite short followed by Looney Tunes. However, the additional show information is input with wrong duration.

These things happen, I have this issue sometimes especially with the ARTE channel, program schedule is correct but show info gives wrong duration.

I am sorry but as I already mentioned, there's nothing you can do for this.

Kari
