Trouble installing Windows 7 on VMware 14.

I'm trying to install Windows 7 on Vmare 14 but get a error once Windows tries to load.



Attached is a screen shot of the error I'm getting. I've also included my system info.

I had an issue with VMware and it turned out I had to reboot the computer after I installed VMware for it to work.
