trouble with a certain site

some times when i open that site it just give me that page and wont open i dont know if the problem is my browsers ( opera ) or with the site it self. some ppl say it is a problem with the SQL BLAH BLAH BLAH.
any way the picture of the error is attached

well i tried the site with all browsers IE, firefox, google name it i tried it. the problem is that thing is not everytime the site is in arabic btw i dont think u would be able to test it but any way here it is Masrawy- First Egyptian Portal - ãÕÑÇæí - Ãæá æÃßÈÑ ÈæÇÈÉ ãÕÑíÉ sometimes it works some time it doesnt work beats me. my question is the error in that error msg is bcuz something wrong in my browser or it is solely from the site? thank you for ur reply

it works fine here, with chrompelus browser, and ie8.

i was going to say 'try using a different browser', but you already have.

in that case, it's probably this one site, if other sites are ok.

That's a typical error message when a site using ASP.net has problems, also seen when a customer is trying to publish an ASP.net website on ISP's server which does not support ASP.net.

Because we can see the site now, I checked it too, the only explanation coming to my mind is that the site sometimes has some internal ASP.NET problems. One very common mistake is for instance trying to publish a site using ASP.net 4.0 (current version) on a server which only supports version 2 or 3.

thank you all for replying. and yeah sometimes it works with me but sometimes as well it gives me that error and i dont know why ? but i think it is not a problem from my browser cuz i get that error with all of the browsers i know i think the reason is the ASP.net thank you for ur help guys i really appreciate it
