trouble with new win 7

Hi yall new here, just bought a new toshiba laptop with win 7 and im having some trouble....

i use opera 11.60 and on some forums i go to if i click the refresh/reload icon it wont refresh the page, i have to close the page out and reopen it to get it to refresh,,, also when my wife uses yahoo messenger the little animated audibles dont move, the sound works but no movement,,,

Welcome to windows 7 forums. We suggest all new users to first fill up their System Specification. Did you get any error when you refresh/reload the web page.
