Solved Troubleshoot problem with transparency and other aero effects

Hello Denny,

The Windows 7 Starter edition that you have installed does not include Aero in it, so there's nothing that can be fixed for it. You might see if the tutorial below may help some though.

Hmm how do i completely remove Personalize On the Control Panel ?

By default, Windows 7 Starter does not have "Personalize" in the Control Panel or desktop context menu.

Did you add it using some 3rd party program?

Probelm fixed . I just reformat . TQ anyways .
