The device will always work as a simple pointing device, but after sleep (sometimes fresh boot), will often forget all important pressure sensitivity settings, requiring a re-install (requiring a reboot). Have tried all Vista/XP compatibility options, run as admin etc. I have no experience of Win7's built in tablet PC features; possible conflict? - any ideas welcome.

Edit: Install path made me wonder, and in frustration, I even redirected to C:\program files, but same problem.

If anyone's still annoyed by this (and I'd given up for a long time) simply unplugging & replugging the device seems to fix the problem. I'd tried this earlier, but put it down to a fluke, and put the tablet back in its box. I've been doing this unplug/replug for a few months now and it works every time. [Probably helps to keep to the same USB port too - unless MS have further relaxed their max. USB limitations). Hope this helps someone.
