Try to install different programs get error.

Hi,

From my research, I found that the UpdatusUser account is completely inoccuous, but if you want to remove it, then follow these steps shown in the image:

http://www.sevenforums.com/installation-setup/184141-unknown-user-account.html#post1560190

Right now, I'd say that since you aren't 100% sure of the source of those games, with the exception of Steam, I would uninstall every single one. Even then, assumming some of them might have been 'cracks', its possible that some malicious code piggy-backed off these cracks and may be sitting elsewhere in your system.

If, after uninstalling everything that you cannot be sure about, your system is still problematic, you may have to consider a CLEAN install.

Regards,
Golden

When I bought my system there was about a 200 games installed on it. I have no idea if they were cracked or not.
In light of this you should certainly backup your own files and do a clean install. Was this a used PC when you bought it?

With that many games being installed,
then I agree with Britten.

Perform a clean install.
