From my research, I found that the UpdatusUser account is completely inoccuous, but if you want to remove it, then follow these steps shown in the image:
Right now, I'd say that since you aren't 100% sure of the source of those games, with the exception of Steam, I would uninstall every single one. Even then, assumming some of them might have been 'cracks', its possible that some malicious code piggy-backed off these cracks and may be sitting elsewhere in your system.
If, after uninstalling everything that you cannot be sure about, your system is still problematic, you may have to consider a CLEAN install.
