trying to install windows 7 home premium 32 bit ontp laptop

Hi, I am trying to reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit but every time I do I cannot get past the screen where I have to download the driver to go further in the installation. I have tried Various methods such as: full reinstall disk of windows 7, an original windows 7 disk, bootable USB with windows on it. None have worked to get passed it. I have also tried to make a DVD of the drivers to install by downloading the drivers from the website and extracting them to the DVD and I have tried it fr the USB way too. It still has not worked. Am I doing something wrong? Please help me find a solution in the next couple of days please. I am not even able to see my hard drive by the way.

The error almost always means a bad installer. Where did you get the ISO and how did you burn the disk? See Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7 for how to confirm the iSO and properly burn the DVD.

I got the iso from this address: Windows 7 Home Premium Free Download ISO 32 Bit 64 Bit. But I also went online and bought a Re-installer disk for Windows 7. I will include a picture of what it looks like. I will take a look into the link you posted seeing if that will help.

Are you booting the installation DVD? At what point do you receive the error?

Let us see the files on DVD when u explore it in another PC. Can we see the URL where you bought it?

You can also test the download to see if its HASH matches if the disk's doesn't. Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7

Creating an iso from the dvd won't match the hash of the original MSDN iso.

I think that may be Home Prem only iso. Probably won't match either.

I am booting the dvd. I will include pictures of the file structure of the disk. I get the warning right after I hit install and it starts up to the point where I have to assign it to a drive that it would be installed from. I bought the cd online from ebay. I will post some pics of the re-installation disc file structure in a bit. I have also tried doing Linux mint 15 32bit and it will not pick up the drive. For some odd reason the I have tried and tried to find my hard drive within the computer but I am not able to install the os because the computer cannot find it.

Enter BIOS setup at boot to see if the hard drive is detected anywhere there.

If not access the HD from it's port underneath to try to reseat it to see if you can get it to register in BIOS.

You may be able to google a video for your exact model to disassemble or replace hard drive. Otherwise consult the Manual on the Toshiba model's Support Downloads webpage.
