I need help jogging my memory here, as I've been able to correct this issue before.

I'm trying to assist a client in the field who has a 32 & 64 bit Win7 OS on his ZBook.

The 32bit side is passworded but the 64 is not. I am using Teamviewer to connect to the computer and can connect to the 64 bit but don't have a Teamviewer number for the 32 bit side (issue is he doesn't know password for 32bit OS). Anyways, I need to be able to log into the 32 bit side and reset the password but can't remember how I did it last time.

Any suggestions.

Yeah ok then. Thought I'd take a shot. I figured it out anyway.

Thanks
