Trying to set up Email

i have a blackberry email address and do mostly everything from my phone. Recently i tried to setup my email on my lap top using this email address. When i go through the wizard and i get to a point where it asks me for my "Incoming e-mail server type"
"Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server" and
"Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name"

can someone help me out here

The email address for POP and SMPT (Outgoing Mail), can usually be found on the website of the email provider.

Since I do not know which company you are using, I have supplied you with a list of most providers. You should be able to get the information that you need from that list.
