Turn off Clear Type completely

I've turned off clear type and changed all fonts possible to 'Verdana' to have nice and crispy fonts like Windows Classic. :geek: But some dialogs still show fuzzy Win7 standard fonts which causes eye cancer... :sick:

Does anyone know how to completely turn off smoothed fonts for all aspects/dialogs in Windows 7?
