Turn off, disable "other users are logged on" message when restarting

Hi,
Is there a registry setting or option to turn off the message

"other users are logged on"

you get when you try to turn off or restart/ Windows 7, vista, xp etc? (Also ubuntu if it's not off topic)

Whats a "quite command"?

I guess I'm looking for no warning even if other users are logged on and multi RDP.

Also where are the settings to turn on or off the various windows warning messages and notices? (I'm NOT referring to the "action center" messages).

I'm doing a lot of virtual testing and multi RDP etc.

Also how do you go through 2 subnets, where one is a virtual VMWare subnet

Real PC -> Physical router (ADSL Modem Internet gateway) 1 -> Physical sub router 2 -> VMware subnet router -> VMWare workstation.

Yeah log the other users off.

Setup the VM to use your on board NIC instead of a virtual NIC on another subnet.

Yes I am aware of that.
But what I want to do is have multiple users logged on and multi RDP, and be able to restart without getting the warning message.

So say there are 2 or 3 users logged on, OR I have multisession remote desktop enabled. Then if I click restart, I want windows to restart (or shutdown) WITHOUT giving a warning message.

How do you turn off the warning messages? That's what I want.
I'm doing a lot of testing etc.

Is there a location for a list of windows warning messages?

As for the router issue, I WANT my Vm to use the Virtual router instead of the real one. And it has to be the above path.

When you say Go Through 2 routers what are you trying to do?
Access the VM from outside your LAN?

Not sure if that is possible. But if it is you would forward the ports needed to the IP address of the PC hosting the VM then in the VM allow connections from the host IP to the VM.
Not sure how to do all that as I've never had a need to do it and not sure if it can be done. That is because the VM is the router which is after the host PC. If the host PC was the router then I think it would be fairly straight forward.
It's not like connecting two routers from LAN port of one to WAN port of the other. There is something in between, the host PC which will intercept the packets.

Would be doable if they were on the same subnet.
I just started XP Mode MS VPC which I do have setup to use the on board NIC.
Logging onto my router I see that the VM gets a IP from the router and the VPC is listed in the DHCP table.
With that I could forward ports and create a FW rule to allow connections to it form the outside.
Not sure if when the VM is setup on a different subnet whether there are 2 NICs present, one LAN (VM IP) and one WAN (how the host PC gets connected to the VM).
You pose an interesting question.

You could look at the connection in the VM and see what the default gateway address is and how it is getting it's DNS settings.
And then there is CAN the VM NIC/router be configured to allow packets through to the VM.
