Turn off pc problem

Hello guys

i recently changed some pci device in my pc: get out old sound blaster 5.1 live and put a firewire controller for mu videocam.

After this change the pc doesn't turn off anymore.

When i close the pc as i always done, he turn off the win7 os but the pc remain turned on and i have to turn it off manually with the turn on/off button.

Can someone help me?

Check to see if disconnecting the firewire device first will allow you to shutdown correctly. I know I have issues if I leave one of my external hard drives connected at boot up or down.
