Turn off usb flash drive error corrector?

you know that window that pops up whenever you plug in a drive you dont safely remove and wants to scan it for errors? i was wondering if i could disable that cause i never use it... and its really annoying can anyone tell me how to disable it??

Let it scan the drive. Back everything up first off it.

no u dont understand nothings wrong with the drive, it just doesnt like that i dont safely remove it, scan takes like 5 seconds everytime and always says its fine, is there a way to turn it off!!??
