Turn this effekt off

Hi guys, long time no see. I managed to get the startline away, and now I need help to get rid of another thing. I did it once, but now I don`t remember what the Areoeffekt is called. Here is the image of the effekt: Bildr.no .

Annoying when you have alot of explorer-windows on your screen .
