Solved Turn Windows defender off and keep it off

Hello group

How can I turn off Windows defender and keep it off? Don't worry this computer never goes online and when it does I'll turn Windows defender back on.

My computer is set up as administrator and user. I always use the user side but I cannot turn Windows defender on or off from that side. I must always go back over to the administrator side, turn it off and go back to the user side. I have turned off Windows defender on the administrator side but when I turn the PC back on in the morning Windows defender defaults on.

Is there a way that I can turn it off from the administrator side and don't have to worry about it defaulting back on again when I reboot.

After a few days of making sure Windows defender stays off I have good news to tell you it has not defaulted back on again.
