Turning off Dragon Dictate on Windows 7 startup

I would first check msconfig/Startup
If it is their and is checked; remove the check mark and reboot.
You could also go to the Start Orb and select Startup and remove it from their.
You could also go into Dragon Dictate and see if the option is there.
