TV Guide Issues

My tv service provider's guide doesn't match the channels it is actually broadcasted on. For example the guide say TBS is on 42 but is actually on channel 85.1. The guide get the basic channels but not the cable channels. I don't have a cable box. The AVerMedia software recognizes the channels and plays them but the guide is wrong(no Surprise). So is there anyway to adjust the the channels and the broadcaster so it gets the right signal. So WMC down loads the guide but I can adjust the number so when I click TBS it goes to channel 85.1?

I had mine do that before and what I had done wrong was, I set the Digital\Analog setting in the Setup wrong and it was showing the wrong info. Double check you have the setup all right.

Checked, both TV and WMC are set to digital

xx.1 channels are OTA DTV channels. Rerun WMC TV setup and check your guide setup. your location for setup of TV and guide should match.
