tv turn trouble

I just upgrade my PC to windows 7 32bit.

When the card is in the PC windows stops at Starting Windows with the little red dot of the 4 that come together and make the windows icon. It did the same thing when I was installing windows so I removed it.

I'm using a Diamond XtremeTV PVR550 II. I used the windows 7 upgrade advisor and it said it was compatible.:confused:
