Are you still using MSE and the built in Windows 7 firewall and only these?
Have you changed anything on you computer in the last hours?
Have you plugged in anything into your computer from the time it was working, anything: Examples, phone, printer, camera, external hard drive, mouse, keyboard ect. How did you make this new folder and what were you using it for.
You state in post #19 that you had this computer in the shop for repairs. I can't find were you stated this before. What did they do and/or find? Are other things updated such as Java, Adobe ect? This little program can help their.

Can you show what is in msconfig Start Up and NON- Microsoft services.
Start and type msconfig/ go to Start Up and then go to Services and check Hide all Microsoft Services. Do not fool with Microsoft Services. I would like to know what is running in the background, sometimes it helps. Their may be more than one problem hiding behind each other. Any information can help us.
