two problems in windows explorer!

1.Some times i need to refresh to see any changes like rename, cut,
paste, create file >>> i well only see the changes after i refresh????
WHY? PS; this issue can be solved by restarting, but it happened a lot lately!!!!!

2. in vista while i'am sorting the files by name, i can move a file to another place. & when i refresh > the files rearrange again. BUT in W.7 i can't move any file against the sorting rule!

try turning off indexing file. Control panel>folder otion>search tab>untick Don’t use the index when searching the file system

2. In Win 7, all folders except the Desktop have auto-arrange enabled, and you can't turn it off.
There is a hack where you can disable it in a folder (but not globally).
