Two questions about hardware, will it work?

Hi.
I have 2 things i'm not sure will work on my future windows 7 64-bit:
1. When running the upgrade advisor, it showed me this: URL
Does that really mean my audio card wouldn't work with windows 7, especially with the 64-bit version? I have only XP 32-bit drivers.

2. I want to buy a game pad from ebay, a cheap one - not a Logitech or something like that, something generic.
If it says "Plug and play" do I need any drivers? Will it work 100% on Windows 7 64-bit?
This is the item: URL

Thanks.

You're out of luck on the audio. Unless you could find a Vista driver x64.

I recommend Logitech Rumblepad 2. It's cheap enough at like $25.

It's so great that I can't even play PS3 without it. I gotta use it. Really nice, sturdy feel to it.

Here it is on the bay for 10 bucks refurbished.

Latest driver for it, both x86 and x64.

Thanks.
The problem with the logitech game pad is that I live in Israel, so with shipping it would be around 50$ :\
And that's too much.
