Two Videos Side By Side in One Video - What Software Can Do This?

Hello Windows 7 Community!
While my Ubuntu is broken, I am using my security blanket Windows, but need some help with two videos. I have two videos, one with a view in front of the object and one from a view from behind the object. Both of these cameras recorded the object falling over, and I would like to see the two videos, the front view on the top, and the the back view below it, like a split screen together. I have Googled for a hour, and am unsure of what software can do this. I cannot use paid software, since I this is a small project. Can anyone help?

Try VLC I had to right click on the taskbar icon to start the 2nd one

Stormy, I will try that. No GUI is not too scary, although a GUI is a prefrence
Jerry, although I do use VLC and wanted to know that, it was not exactly what I was looking for. Better put, I would like to import two videos, and export them as one, with one video on the top 50%, and the other on the bottom 50%. Good video player though.....
