UDF only?

I forgot what I did, but now, I could format my disc to FAT32, FTNS. The only option is UDFs.
A week ago, I mess with my computer to get it to install Mac.......
Software that I installed Deamon Tool, Ultra IOS (uninstalled)

How to fix it?

From where you're trying to format it ? Have you tryed to delete it first and then create it again ?

I want to burn the windows devoloper disc. I insert a DVD. I double click the .ios then it shows a error "selected disc is not...." then I try to format the dvd then thats what I found...
