How to open uhtm files in windows 7?

All I can find:

The UHTM file extension is associated with the computer game Unreal Tournament. Most likely one of the game data formats.

Not meant to be opened by itself, just by the game as far as I can tell.

Edit: Having said the above, I wonder if you rename it to htm, your web browser (IE, Firefox, etc) will open it?
