UI Assistant Service errors

Hi,

In Event Viewer, I see a lot of errors related to UI Assistant Service. Is this something to be worried about? What causes these errors? I am using Windows 7 Aero Theme. I have run sfc /scannow and have not found any problem. In KIS Full Scan no threat got detected.
