A friend is having a problem with his card reader on his HP desktop PC. It's running Windows 7/64 SP1.
The properties for the drive has this this message for Device status: Windows cannot start this hardware because its configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
I was thinking he should uninstall the UMBus Enumerators, then restart and Windows would reinstall them again. But I'm no expert and would like some advice on how to fix this problem.
