Umm internet went from fast so slow?
Its down to 2.19 mb as fast but it was really fast and now really slow..

this happend to me also after i installed windows7 from windowsXP, but i still don't know what to do about it
Open up the command prompt and type:
netstat -b -o -n
It will tell you the current net usage of your computer at that moment along with the processes behind the usage. Windows 7 does install with a bunch of networking features running by default, so if you don't use features like, say Peer to Peer Group or Windows Media player Sharing, set them to manual in services area.
Like was suggested, you can also call up your ISP and ask them to do a line test for you.
