My computer was complete okay a week ago and i have didn't touch anything to change either firewall setting or antivirus. At least for a couple of days now i have this weird experience unable to access any application or websites that run using JAVA.

Any java website especially this: https://app.currensee.com/forexpert/login
And OANDA trading platform (using JAVA). Also cannot.

My internet connection is superb: Playing Youtube or visit any other site is fine...but all JAVA run website either cannot login at all or dead slow.

I am trying to log in but can't at all and the OANDA trading platform keeps on log in and out frequently.

Anyone have clue what could be the problem and how to solve it?

Clear your Java cache and see if that helps.

Hi and welcome to the forums .

First of all what browser are you using? Have you tried accessing this site from another browser (if you're not using IE try IE).

Try removing Java using the tutorial at How do I uninstall Java on my Windows computer ?.

Then restart and reinstall Java from java.com: Java + You and try again.

Post back with any results.

Oli

EDIT: A tutorial on how to clear the Java cache can be found at How do I clear the Java cache?.

I have been removing java for few times already and my browser is mozilla...maybe the problem is JAVA 6...anyone experience bad connection with the new java

Try disabling any extensions you are using in Firefox and see if Java is still really slow.

Try opening the site in Internet Explorer and see if the site is still slow.

Post back with any results.

It appears that the combination of Yonoo and FF 3.63 are to blame.

Read Using the Java plugin with Firefox.

If this doesn't help, just disable Yonoo while your using Java or find an alternative extension.
