Unable to Auto Repair on startup - now in Advance Boot Options

I did let it run and left for awhile... I was able to scroll through the report, and copied the errors. All other test report no errors: (I left one auto repair in text. See if you can spot it... )

No Startup Repair

No System Image to recover?
Doesn’t appear to be a Memory Problem

I can get into the Aptio Setup Utility
It is now in advanced boot options hoping? for some remedy to it’s current malaise

A little groggy from all this, but I seem to recall earlier being able to start with F4 opening windows, it just takes a really long time. So I believe I have an opportunity to rescue my stuff, but don't want to leave Advanced Boot to confirm.

New development: since I was off power, it shut down. So I did restart and now in Samsung Recovery option. It offers a basic Windows Restore. I think I closed it before and that's how I got the dang thing to start up.

Sorry, I can't specifically remember how I managed to start it. Bummer.

Anyone used that program?

I cancelled the Samsung Recovery and, Yes, I'm able to enter any of those three options:

Safe Mode, Samsung Recovery and Windows

In Windows I am getting the blue wheel, and Firefox clutches as well.

The test turned up errors on E: Drive. I inherited this laptop and came from Mac environment, so I wondered why it didn't prompt to remove devices. I Googled it, and it was said to be no longer an issue, but someone else recently contradicted me on that, so it makes sense that the E: Drive is turning up errors.

I did look around at that point for a directory fix for it, but I may have gotten overwhelmed by a load of contradictory advice, aborted and left it even more fragmented.
