Unable to Boot Windows 7

Hi,

I'm NOT able to boot into windows 7.

Error while booting/starting windows : Blue Screen

I've tried couple ways like :

1. Once after switch on my HP laptop , it didn't boot well , and I was asked 2 options
(a) Start windows manually
(b) Repair windows(recommended)

If i use option (a) , I can't boot into windows , instead it blinks with some error with blue screen
If i use option (b), It takes to some extend say like till windows normal screen , and then stops.

So both the options fails.

2. Now , i thought of formatting entire windows without any repairs.
So, I've inserted my OS bootable DVD , and had a screen asking to click next. and then asking to install or repair. I just clicked on install option.

Immediately a message like " setup is starting... "

But , again it stops with this message itself. It's going further...

Can someone please help me , on how to fix this issue ?

When you say Blue Screen does it have white text on it? If so scroll down to the BSOD Help and Support Forum and read how to post the BSOD there. You will get a BSOD expert to help you there!

Have you try to go in with safe mode?
