Unable to downgrade to IE 9

About a month ago, I upgraded IE 9 to IE 10. But now I feel that IE9 was better and I want to downgrade to IE9.

I uninstalled IE10 updates and tried to run IE9 setup but it is giving error as shown in attachment.

I tried this process twice but still the problem exists.

Please help.

Not to deflect from the issue at hand but what was ie10 doing to lead you to believe it wasn't as good ?

I just uninstalled IE10 and IE9 was automatically back in place and working. I did not have to reinstall IE9.
