unable to install any window

so i had window 7 but suddenly it stopped working and then ir crashed now i try to install window 7 it freezes at 0% i tried also window xp alll are not working when formating the partiton i m sure that my hardisck is dead anywat to fix it or install window 7 or any other in a way ?

What is the exact point of failure using the steps given here: Clean Install Windows 7

How did you write the Win7 ISO to flash stick, using what method?

Try Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown menu.

Fill in your System Specs and delete that nonsense out of the Specs box: Speccy - System Information - Free Download

Answer each question or ask back new ones if you want help here.

look i puted my window 7 disc in dvd rom and started boot then i did all the settings but when i go at final step i click install and then it stops at 0 percent and when i go to bios menu i click the hdd comptabily which has 2 options i dont remeber thier name but when i select one installition doesnt appear and i select the other it freezes installition at 0 i even tried xp when formating the partition at last step it freezes at 0 after few minutes it says error and few more things i dont remeber now
