Unable to install windows on notebook.

If the drives aren't visible as shown in Install Windows on System with MSATA and ISRT
then you'll need to insert the IRST driver as shown in tutorial to proceed.

Otherwise follow the steps in red here as they pertain to drivers for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 because Win7 might have drivers it prefers which should be given first choice. After enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) and running all rounds of Important and Optional Updates, with requested reboots, you can import any drivers still missing in Device Manager. Always replace Standard VGA display driver if nothing newer is delivered.

ive gotten the whole system up and running but it shows each of my harddrives as only having 100gb instead of 1000 gb

what should i do?

As you can see from the picture only a portion of each drive is being used. To occupy the rest of the space on each drive extend it in Disk Mgmt using Partition or Volume - Extend.

It looks like Disk2 is your IRST caching SSD which is meant to be invisible once its turned on in BIOS setup, providing a speed boost through fast page caching. It's up to you if you want to restore it following the steps in Install Windows on System with MSATA and ISRT. If you don't restore it then the fastest of your drives will be sitting unused. We know this because an SSD chip is always faster than a mechanical hard drive, and we've actually helped users install Win7 and a few programs on these directly before which speeds up their system much faster than before.
