My hard disk has bad sectors and I have encountered blue screen a few times
Today I start my PC and at the point where the windows login screen (the screen where it ask user to enter password to login Windows 7), the whole screen is black, I could only see my mouse pointer.
There is also one time after entering the login password, it just stay at the screen that display the text [Welcome] and the turning circle loading forever.
Q1 What can I do now?
Q2 Is there a way to save some of the files that are inside the disk? (maybe unplug the disk and put into another PC, or access through DOS ?)
Example of files I want to save
C:\Users\[windows username]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
C:\Users\[windows username]\AppData\Roaming\Skype\
