Unable to Open Shared Calendar

Hi Everyone,

I need some help with a shared calendar. I have created four calendars for our office all of them for booking meeting rooms. Three of the four work just fine but the fourth is being a pain.
I'm running Exchange 2010 and all our clients are running Outlook 2007. I have re-created the meeting room a couple of times just to make sure I hadn't missed anything.
When I, or another staff memeber tries to use the "Open a Shared Calendar" we get the below error.

Any ideas why I'm getting this error?

Thanks for your input Marshalhubs but I'm having problems with Room mailboxes and not user mailboxes where I can manage the permissions.
It sure is a weird one.
