Unable to Setup Intel RST for samsung Driver.. TOO NEW??

I have been trying for the past few hours to get win7 to install on my uefi only system with an RST SSD with no luck, I used the win10 installer patching method which led to a .sys error on boot (VD something) with my latest RST driver and on the update win7 v4 file I cannot get the latest to load and older drivers are incompatible, any generic driver or replacement I can use, I really want to be able to use win 7 despite its EOL as it is a very nostalgic as well as good OS to me.. any help is appreciated.

No it does not appear I can as far as I am aware there are little to no options for storage, besides like TPM

It also does not show in diskpart at all

Also, idk if it's of any help but the ssd is listed as an nvme under an archlinux installer bootable usb

Just succeeded with the following: press Ctrl+S while in BIOS on "Information" page (unchangeable) and then switch to the next page. Likely they missed to rewrite pages after this feature unlocking.
As result, installed Kubuntu 20.04; it succeeds in all aspects that I could detect in 1-day run (working NVME disk, video, keyboard, touchpad with enabled tap as press...)

If windows is installed, you need to first enable safeboot via msconfig. Then restart windows and access the bios. Go to main tab, press ctrl+s and change sata mode to ahci or disable vmd controller.
