Solved Unable to transfer files to external HD

So I am trying to move some files to my external and this message keeps popping up.

Edit: Did some digging/fiddling around and was able to finally uninstall WinLocker and everything seems to be working fine, for me *fingers cross* Still don't know why this issue just sudden pops up out of nowhere.

What are the names of the files you are trying to move?

Trying to move video and music files, the usual stuff. Never have an issue before. Also, it seems that I can't move files in or out of the hard drive, or any of the other drives and usb I have.

Does it only happen when you try to move from the internal drive to the external? What about from the external to the internal or internal to internal or external to external?

Laptop to external - doesn't work
External to laptop - doesn't work
Copy and pasting in laptop - doesn't work
Drag and drop in laptop - works
USB to USB - doesn't work

Wow, that's odd that drag and drop would work but copy/paste doesn't. I would try running SFC to check the system files.

Open an admin command prompt and enter: sfc /scannow

From a search Fault Module Name: psdprotect.dll belongs to MyWinLocker Acer junkware
You might consider removing it and or review it's settings which I'm not all that familiar with if there are settings to adjust or to remove the protection before removing the utility.

SFC found nothing out of the ordinary. There doesn't seems to be anyway to edit the setting for WinLocker, least not for the one I have. I have tried uninstalling it but everything I click uninstall, it runs the installer.
