Am using Windows Live Mail. Never had a problem before but I have received two emails from the same source in the last few days and neither one shows the email message in the message pane. I have searched for an answer but all the posts are when no messages appear in the message pane at all. Then a reinstall of WLM is recommended. My problem is just with this one sender. All other messages read fine. I can read the message if I click the Reply button. Everything appears as normal then. Here's a screenshot of a typical message.
UK members will recognise the Sender as a UK Government body so it's no good asking them what format they send their emails by.
Any ideas please

Hello John, sorry I just saw this. It looks like the sender is using HTML format that disagrees with WLM. Check on the View tab for a setting to read the email in plain text. A Guy
Hi Bill
Thanks for your response and aplologies for delay but I have looked further into this and the emails in question are from a UK Government department and just the emails from one email address are causing problems. Others from the same server but a different address are OK. So I have emailed the IT department to see what they say. I'll probably get jumped upon by the security sevice, they are all a bit jumpy at the moment, so if you don't hear from me for a while you'll know that I have been locked up in the Pokey!

A government branch using old fonts wouldn't be a shock. You can apparently inspect the headers and see what fonts are used. Maybe not your issue, but sure makes sense why you can't see the text, that is obviously there. A Guy
