The icon beside "Open" (upper-left) is undefined. This only happens for EXE files.
It seems it has been a problem since early Win7 days based from this post (#5).
I do not have problems with my desktop icons, just the one above.The same issue is when I open Windows Explorer and I click on a program (.EXE file). The icon right next to "Open" at the top toolbar is the default icon if it couldn't find the program, like the one you see in the screenshot above.
I hope this gets fixed in Service Pack 1 or another Windows 7 update.
Any workaround for this?
