Undeletable shell folders

Hi!

I have set up custom paths for the shell folders in Windows 7.
It works like it's supposed to except for one small detail.
The system creates the folders "Pictures" and "Videos" in the default path (C:\Users\Username).

As I mentioned I already have "My Pictures" and "My Videos" at another drive,
so these folders shouldn't be there but when I try to delete them the system re-creates them.

If I try to delete them again I get an error message stating I don't have permission to remove the folder, and if I try to open it it says "Access denied".

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

These folders are blocked by Windows Media Player.

The solution is to restore folders:
Music, Pictures, Video
to its original location.

Then run and execute the configuration of WMP until end. Now operations of moving folders will be performed without problems.

Ghost folders should disappear or You should allow to delete them.
