Unexpected Shutdown

Came back from walmart, my pc was off, turned on, got the 3 options to start from an unexpected shutdown, chose to start windows normally, got the dialog box on startup, problem details are as follows, anyone know what to make of it?

System Specs

what hardware are you using motherboard etc. these types of issues can be hard to track down so the more info the better also check the event viewer logs for errors that helps

its a Gateway t1616 notebook, not sure where i'd find whats inside im looking for it, but not sure where to look past system information.

and where do i find my event logs?

I did just notice a problem message from windows, at my flag in the sys tray. says Microsoft Agent has stopped working at 11:33. to get the latest version, but gave me no further information, could this be the problem?

the event viewer is in control panel admin tools event viewer than look at system and applications for errors that have red they are the important ones
