Unexpected shutdowns playing any game

Im experiencing unexpected shutdowns whenever i open any game within 10 mins, be it an old game like war3 or a new game like dead space2.. Until i open any game, everything works fine.. This is driving me crazy . Please help
I have attached both my performance report and windows_nts_bsod_jcgriff2 folders

I made no updates whatsoever except updating my NVIDIA Geforce 8400GS drivers

This is a TDR116 Error which is typically caused by your display driver or a defect in your RAM/GPU. The Nvidia 8000 Series is known to have overheating issues/memory problems.

Run a Video Memory Test with OCCT
NVIDIA/AMD Video Card - Test with OCCT

Test your RAM:
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.
Note that this test may overheat the CPU, ensure proper cooling.
