Hello.
Once every few weeks my laptop will suddenly overnight switch from my normal wireless network to an unidentified network and have no internet access. The other laptop we have is perfectly fine (and what I'm on right now), however that one isn't mine and I would like mine to actually work every once in a while. I've been through a number of threads and tried everything I can, from checking the network security to putting a static IP address to changing the DNS and nothing I can find is working. I also tried the cmd prompts to renew the IP and it still hasn't worked. When it does get fixed, it's after a few hours with no changing, it just randomly goes back to working and I don't know why, but then a few weeks later it'll start doing it again and I have to wait again. I even tried the solution I saw of stopping Bonjour and that didn't help. Any solutions at all are helpful! I need this laptop for work so anything as quickly as possible, please!

I guess its an issue at your ISP's end. Contact them to check for any outage in your area.

I actually just figured out the issue finally. It was a problem with the automatic route that the computer was using.
