Need a bit more information.

Did it just suddenly start showing this way?
Connected at a new location, Wireless, Wired...
New Install of Windows?

Also, please fill in your specs so can better help you if it is a driver issue.
We need to know what hardware you have.

Ok, Im assuming this is a pre-built computer?
Such as a HP, Compaq, Dell?

If so, what Brand is it and can you find a model number?

The model number may be located somewhere on the front of the case, or possibly on a sticker somewhere.

No, not your product key. Do not give that to anyone.

What Im asking for is if it is a Dell,Compaq, Asus etc at what model it is.

For example, a Compaq SR1650Nx or a Toshiba Satellite T230

There should be a sticker that states:
Model#.....

or it could be a number on the case itself somewhere.

-- looks as if iQon is out of business :( getting drivers might be a bit tricky.
Can you DL Speccy (link in my sig) from another PC, maybe save to a flash drive, and install it to the PC in question?

Run it and go to Network Tab and see what type of ethernet adapter you have.

For those asking what the computer is,

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Desktop - Pundit-R

and as far as a driver for the onboard NIC, good luck. I went ahead and downloaded the chipset drivers for it from Asus, and after looking in the INF for it it is an old 3Com NIC and the driver is dated from 2002. It lists support for 20-30 or so different DevID's, and i doubt that you'll find a driver for it.

As I said in your other thread, at least as far as this computer goes you would be better off sticking to XP until such a time as you have a new computer that is actually capable of running Windows 7. If you still want to run Windows 7 (Aero is a lost cause), instead searching high and low for a driver for the onboard ethernet it would be much easier to grab something like this,

Newegg.com - AZiO AES100a 10/ 100Mbps PCI Ethernet Adapter 1 x RJ45

only $6.00 plus shipping, and it does have Windows 7 drivers,

AZiO Corp - Support / Download / Wired Networking / AES100A
