Uninstall IE8

IE 8 beta is part of the build itself since IE is the default browser included with each version. I don't think you will find too many here that have removed 8 but simply have seen other browsers installed on 7 like FireFox, Opera, Thunderbird for an email client, etc. there.
Since Vista's rekease the old "add/remove Windows components" option previously seen on XP and older versions is now gone. Removing IE out of Vista and the 7 beta releases would require manually removing any registry values and manual deletion of the shortcuts as well as files and folders.
The large disadvantage of going that route is not being able to see any further updates for 7 since that requires IE not any other browser for connecting direct to Microsoft. You may simply want to unpin the shortcut on the taskbar to hide it from view while leaving the rest of 7 intact.

I agree there seems to be no way. But why would you have a need to?. If it annoys you in any way jut dlete the dektop icon and, if you really want to, delete the start menu item. It would be a pointless exercise. It is not using and significant resources unless in use.
The unistall programs is still in 7, as it was in Vista, but you will not find any Microsoft built in programs visible there.
Night Hawk's last sentence surprised me. I am aware that, for the most part, you need IE to manually download ceratin things from Microsoft, but I don't think you need the browser for automatic updates? Any comment.?

I looked in the start folder here on 7 and IE 8 is not one of the few items you would see there either. To find the shortcut in the Start>Programs you have to go into the System Tools section there.

Now I used Window7 beta .But I would to use IE6 Because IE8 can't open some my program.So I would to uninstall IE8.

You can't simply run IE 6.0 on Windows 7 simply by removing the newer version of IE included. While it may be possible to see IE 6 using the troubleshoot compatibility option to install in XP mode there's a large compatibility issue to start with.
To see IE 6 running the best solution is a dual boot of 7 with XP with IE 6 default there or another older version like 2000 or ME that could run IE 6 there as an upgrade to IE 5 or IE 5.5.

Have you tried running IE8 in Compatibilty mode?
Click tools, over on the right and select "Compatibility View settings"
Then select "Display all websites in Compatibility View"
